Privacy policy
Last updated 1 September 2026. This is what we collect when you get in touch or book, why we need it, and how long we hang on to it. Written for parents rather than lawyers, so it is short.
Who we are
Little Guests is run by Orbit Care in Dubai, and Orbit Care is the data controller. If you have a question about any of this, email hello@littleguests.ae or WhatsApp +971 50 939 8742.
What we collect
- Your name, email and a phone or WhatsApp number
- The event: date, venue, which service and which activity suites
- How many children are coming and how old they are
- Allergies, medical conditions and additional needs, if you choose to tell us
- An emergency contact and their number
- The collection password you pick for the day
- How you heard about us
- Anything you send us by the form, email or WhatsApp
Your children's health information
Allergies, medical conditions and additional needs count as special category data, so we treat them differently. We only ask so the nannies looking after your children know what they need to know. We use it because you have given us explicit consent, which is the box you tick on the booking form. You can leave those fields empty, and you can change your mind later: message us and we delete it.
It goes to the lead nanny and the team on your booking, and nobody else. It is never used for marketing and it is never sold.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and put a proposal together
- To staff, plan and run the booking you have made with us
- To keep your children safe on the day, which is where the health information and the collection password come in
- To keep the financial records the UAE requires us to keep
We do not send marketing unless you have asked for it, and nothing about your enquiry is decided by a computer.
Where it goes
- Our customer system, Odoo, where enquiries and bookings live
- WhatsApp, if that is how you contact us
- The nannies on your booking, who get only what they need for the day
- Our accountants and insurers, when a booking needs them
We do not send data outside the UAE, the UK or the European Economic Area except to the providers above, under their standard safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and booking details: 12 months after your event, or 12 months after your last message if no booking is made
- Health, allergy and additional needs information: 30 days after the event, after which it is permanently deleted
- Collection passwords: deleted straight after the event
- Invoices and payment records: for as long as UAE accounting law says we must
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you and your children, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for the health information, whenever you like. Email hello@littleguests.ae and we will sort it within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Keeping it safe
Booking records can only be opened by the booking desk and the nannies on your event. Our systems use two factor authentication, and the paper registers from the day are shredded once the periods above have passed.
Cookies
There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site. The consultation calendar comes from Cal.com and may set the cookies it needs to book you a slot.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects children's data we also tell every family with an active booking.
