Enquiries go to our booking desk, not a queue. Someone will have read yours by the end of the day.
Step 2
We call you
Usually the next working day. We talk through the venue, the children and the timings, then send you a plan and a price.
Step 3
You meet your lead nanny
Before the event, not at it. So on the day the faces are familiar, to you and to the children.
